Lead the instructional design process to develop content and revise necessary function(s) of Ascentage Pharma’s E-learning platform with a focus on learning experience to address company’s training needs; Participate in the all-stage development of immersive adaptive courses, including the learning goal development, storyboard and HTML content development, narrative script, objective-based scenarios, assessments and feedback collection to deliver tailored training solutions; Consult with subject matter experts (SMEs) and other stakeholders to gather requirements and documents. Promote good practice of constructivism and learning experience design with technology to enhance learning in company-wide scope; Monitor latest developments in technology and industry trends and deliver reports accordingly; Create online and offline interactive company-wide compliance learning events targeting a variety of audiences that include employees and partners and delivery methods using PowerPoint, Photoshop, Articulate 360 and Storyboard. Produce an innovative series of on-the-job commercial training courses leveraging external resources like the “innovative drug market entry strategy” and “corporate management” to build up employee business skills for ongoing commercialization process; Design Qualtrics surveys for stakeholders and collect data and reviews of e-learning platforms; Perform data visualization utilizing Tableau and deliver monthly reports in order to modify and improve the platform; Analyze feedback from the department head for improvement of the course content; Coordinate regularly held training process and develop SOPs of several departments, including learning goal setting, interactive design, content creation and outcomes assessment covering regulatory, clinical, ESG (Environmental, Society and Governance) and finance; Monitor training costs, internal instructional design project schedules and prepare budget reports; and Ensure the learning requirements are met in terms of the qualified content development, cost control and timeliness.
Requirements:
Master’s degree (U.S. or foreign equivalent) in Instructional Technology and Media, Instructional Design or a related field.
Two (2) years of experience in the job offered or a related position in instructional design.
Must have two (2) years of experience with each: 1) Designing curriculum content by applying instructional models, including ADDIE and 4C-ID Model; 2) Designing mobile applications through Android Studio; 3) Applying advanced statistical knowledge and data visualization tools that include Tableau for analyzing the learning result of the designed curriculum; and 4) Using Articulate 360 and Storyline learning technology to develop story boards for conversion into on-line based training
